The Professional Private Investigators Association of Colorado (PPIAC) will present a development institute for “new and seasoned” investigators in November. Featuring a lineup of expert speakers, the 2024 Colorado Investigative Development Institute will take place on November 8 and 9 – and will be conducted over Zoom.
The speakers will include Ellis Armistead, who will speak about finding your niche, Ryan Johnston, speaking on surveillance, Marcy Phelps, who will cover public records, Andrea Orozco, covering subcontracting, Dean Beers, speaking on standards of conduct and ethics, Robert Orozco, who will talk about the qualities of a professional investigator, Rod Gagnon, speaking on asset searches, Robin Brown, talking interviewing basics, and Tan Smyth, who will covering permissible purposes and report writing.
